Yes, each child attending the class requires their own booking. Please contact us if you have a sibling discount query.
Yes, a parent or carer stays and participates with their child. This is part of what makes our classes special! The only class that is a drop off option is our Creators Club or Camps.
Comfortable, casual clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. We recommend non-slip socks or bare feet for little ones on the play mats.
That's completely fine! Children often need time to get used to the space, new faces and new experiences. You're welcome to explore with your child and let them observe at their own pace.
We offer both! Some classes run on a term basis with a set number of sessions, while others are available as drop-ins. Check each listing for details.
Our standard Sensory Play classes are open to all children. Our Neurodivergent Sensory Play sessions are designed with a calmer, more predictable environment in mind — reduced numbers, gentler sensory input, and a team experienced in supporting neurodivergent children.
Parties
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular dates (especially Saturdays) can fill up quickly.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake and finger food. We have a food policy — please review it on your chosen party package page before booking.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Yes, the balance on a gift card can be used across multiple bookings until the full value has been redeemed.

Our standard cancellation policy applies. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to another family.
Cancellations & Refunds

Any parties cancelled between time or booking up to two weeks beforehand require 50% payment fee. Any cancellations within two weeks requires full payment. Please see our Terms & Conditions or contact us for full details.
Camp cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please review our Terms & Conditions for the specific timeframes.
We ask that you do not attend if you or your child are unwell — the safety of all families is our priority. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a transfer or credit.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
