School holidays & beyond
Three or four days of unhurried, sensory-led play in a small group with consistent staff. Camps run during school holidays — Easter, summer, autumn mid-term, and Christmas — with dedicated neurodivergent camps held throughout the year.
No camps are currently scheduled.
Thoughtful, child-led, and designed around how children actually experience the world.
We cap our camps at a small number of children and keep the same staff each day, so children can build familiarity and trust quickly.
Children never have to join in. Watching, resting, or exploring independently is always valid — we follow each child's lead.
A designated calm area is always available for children who need to self-regulate or simply take a break from the group activity.
Every team member is trained in sensory processing and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. We communicate in plain, predictable language.
Each morning starts with a visual walkthrough of the day so children know exactly what to expect and when.
You'll get a brief daily update at pick-up and we're always available by message for any questions or concerns during the camp.
Structure
Every camp follows a gentle four-day rhythm designed to help every child feel safe, included, and celebrated.
Day 1
Gentle introductions, exploring the space freely, first sensory experiences with low expectations.
Day 2
Children begin to find their favourites, friendships start to form, staff fine-tune their support.
Day 3
The most immersive day — children are familiar and relaxed, play is richer and more imaginative.
Day 4
A special activity to mark the end, a "camp book" moment, and a warm, positive goodbye.
"I have recently started visiting Caoimhes Mom and Baby club with my 8 month old and we both love it! The most friendly and welcoming atmosphere, space for my baby to explore and so lovely to get to chat with other moms and share experiences."
"The most wonderful place. We absolutely love it. Kids really get to just be themselves in calm safe environment. It's a 10/10 in our house. Caoimhe is incredible with the children."
"We attended Toddler Club and popped in over the Easter Break, every visit there is something new and engaging. Caoimhe makes everyone feel welcome ❤️ Bonus - the coffee is delicious!"
We are inclusive to all who attend the Sensory Play Studio and try our best to adapt to all needs. Get in touch with us today to enquire about all upcoming camps.
